Accessibility statement

We believe accessible communication is not an add-on. That is why we apply to our own website the same criteria we recommend to our clients.

Standard WCAG 2.2 · AAStatus Partially conformantUpdated Oct 1, 2026

01Our commitment

We want anyone to be able to get to know SapIA., understand our solutions and contact us, however they browse: with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, on a phone or in Mexican Sign Language.

We use the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, as our reference.

02Current status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Most of the content meets the criteria, and we are still working on some sections.

03What we already do

  • Keyboard navigation. The menu, the solutions submenu, the mobile menu and the footer can all be used without a mouse, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Contrast. Menu and footer text meets the minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1.
  • Screen readers. Menus announce whether they are open or closed, links say when they open in a new tab and each page declares its language.
  • Reduced motion. If your device has reduced motion turned on, the site’s animations stop.
  • Three languages. English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, with the same content in each version.
  • Mexican Sign Language. We introduce SapIA. in LSM videos. Meet SapIA. in LSM →

04Known limitations

  • Some colored phrases and labels in older sections of the site are still under contrast review.
  • LSM videos are currently available on the Spanish version of the site.
  • Some external services we link to, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Instagram, have their own accessibility conditions, which are outside our control.

05How we evaluate it

We review the site with automated accessibility tools and manual keyboard testing. We check it again whenever we publish major changes, and at least once a year.

06Report a barrier

Found something that does not work for you?

We want to know. Tell us which page you were on, what you were trying to do and, if you would like to share it, which device or assistive technology you use.

We reply within 5 business days at most. If the fix takes longer, we will send you the information you need in the meantime through another format that works for you.

This statement was prepared on October 1, 2026 and will be reviewed at least once a year.
